The current can be increased during the refining process. Strong current refining is used and the current is controlled at 4500 Ann.
 
(3) Melting time: The melting time of each furnace is about 150 minutes, of which melting is 120 minutes and refining is about 30 minutes.
 
(4) Oxygen blowing: The oxygen is blown in two steps in each furnace. The oxygen pressure is 1.4-1.6 MPa. When blowing oxygen, the oxygen lance should be inserted into 1/2 of the depth of the liquid and shake slowly. It is fully oxidized.
 
(5) The casting temperature is 1850-1950 ° C, and it must be above 1950 ° C in winter.
