 1, chemical erosion
    Glass liquid itself rich in silica, is acidic. Especially the bottom of the pool and the pool wall, long-term erosion by the glass, chemical corrosion is more serious.     2, mechanical erosion

    3, high temperature effect
    Glass kiln operating temperature up to 1600 degrees, the temperature fluctuations in various parts of 100-200 degrees. It should also be noted that the kiln liner is served under the action of long-term high temperatures, the material should be able to withstand high temperature erosion, but also do not pollute the glass liquid.
   Parts of the glass furnace that are not in contact with the glass, such as the kiln roof kiln wall and the spout, charging system, etc. of the upper structure, are damaged by the high temperature effect, the dust scour and the chemical attack of various volatiles. Volatiles derived from the glass liquid, batch and combustion products, the main component is alkali metal oxides and so on. These volatiles are in the form of alkali vapors at high temperatures and condense to liquid phases at low temperatures.
